Policy Version: 2026-11-05-v2.2Effective: 5 November 2026IndiaB2B service

1. Who operates TIZARAT and acceptance

TIZARAT is a business-to-business (B2B) discovery, supplier-directory and lead-introduction service. The legal entity or proprietor operating the service must be identified in the Legal Operator Details section on this website. “TIZARAT”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers only to that disclosed operator and its platform service.

By accessing the TIZARAT website, creating an account, submitting a requirement, publishing a catalogue, accepting a lead, purchasing a contact unlock or advertising package, you agree to these Terms and the policy pages linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. The version, date and acceptance record may be stored electronically.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you act for a company, firm or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. What the platform does — and does not do

TIZARAT provides online tools that may include supplier discovery, public business profiles, product catalogues, buyer requirement forms, lead matching or assignment, contact-detail unlocking, enquiry routing, optional advertising and account support.

TIZARAT is an introduction and information intermediary only. It does not buy, sell, own, possess, manufacture, inspect, test, package, warehouse, transport, insure or deliver goods. It does not set or negotiate the commercial terms of a buyer–supplier sale, issue the supplier’s invoice, collect the purchase price on behalf of a supplier, operate escrow, guarantee payment, guarantee delivery or provide a product warranty.

A buyer and supplier who decide to deal with each other enter into their own independent contract. The parties alone decide specifications, samples, quantity, price, taxes, credit, payment schedule, delivery, freight, insurance, inspection, acceptance, returns, replacement, warranty and after-sales obligations.

3. No agency, partnership or authority

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, fiduciary relationship, legal agency, distributorship or authority to bind another person. TIZARAT has no authority to make an offer, accept an order, give a warranty, collect a buyer’s purchase money or make a representation on behalf of a buyer or supplier.

The expression “intermediary” or “facilitator” describes the platform’s intended technical and commercial function. TIZARAT is not a court-appointed mediator, arbitral tribunal, escrow agent, guarantor, broker authorised to conclude a sale, or dispute adjudicator. Any statutory classification and protection is determined by applicable law and actual platform conduct, not by a label in these Terms.

4. Separate platform fees

TIZARAT may charge a buyer a ₹50 contact-unlock fee for access to one Supplier connection and may charge a supplier the same configured ₹50 contact-unlock fee when the supplier chooses to unlock a buyer contact for a specific requirement or product lead. These are separate contact-access events. TIZARAT may also charge a supplier a 3% success-based platform fee on attributable first and repeat transactions. A separate supplier lead programme may provide 20 lead assignments per monthly cycle where that entitlement is shown in the selected plan. Advertising packages are separately priced.

These are fees for TIZARAT’s own digital introduction, access, lead or advertising services. They are not the buyer’s purchase price for goods and do not mean that TIZARAT receives, holds or transfers the buyer’s payment to the supplier. The detailed fee and refund rules appear in the Contact Unlock & Platform Fees, Assigned Lead Programme, Advertising and Refund Policies.

5. User content, checks and platform moderation

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their business details, product descriptions, images, prices, stock statements, licences, GST details, claims and buyer requirements. TIZARAT may conduct limited account, contact or document checks, but a badge or approval is not a guarantee of identity, solvency, product quality, authority, performance or legal compliance.

TIZARAT may restrict, remove, hide, reject or suspend content or accounts where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, rights protection or platform integrity. Such action is not a certification that other content is accurate.

6. Availability, changes and suspension

The platform may be changed, interrupted, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. TIZARAT does not promise uninterrupted availability, a minimum number of enquiries, a fixed search position, a sale, a response, a credit approval or a business result.

We may update these Terms and linked policies. Material changes will be displayed on the website or communicated through the platform where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

7. Liability allocation and non-excludable rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIZARAT is not responsible for a buyer–supplier party’s acts or omissions, including defective or misdescribed goods, counterfeit goods, short supply, late or failed delivery, non-payment, withheld payment, bounced instruments, tax or documentation failures, warranty disputes, injuries, losses, fraud, misrepresentation or breach of the buyer–supplier contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from TIZARAT’s own fraud, wilful misconduct or a mandatory statutory duty. No clause is intended to remove a right or remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, and to the extent permitted by law, TIZARAT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, business opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from a user’s independent transaction or use of third-party information.

8. Indemnity, law and severability

You agree to indemnify TIZARAT and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs to the extent caused by your unlawful content, infringement, fraud, breach of these Terms, misuse of personal data or breach of your buyer–supplier contract. This does not require you to indemnify TIZARAT for TIZARAT’s own non-excludable wrongdoing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts or forums having jurisdiction under applicable law; no user is deprived of a mandatory statutory forum. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible.

Periodic user information

Where TIZARAT is subject to the applicable intermediary due-diligence rules, it will periodically inform users at least once every three months about the platform’s right to remove or disable non-compliant information and suspend or terminate access, user responsibility for unlawful acts, and legally mandatory reporting obligations. A user may be asked to acknowledge the reminder inside the Buyer or Supplier portal.
