1. Buyer → Supplier contact-unlock fees
Where the Buyer pays the displayed contact-unlock fee for one Supplier connection, a verified duplicate charge for the same connection will be refunded or credited. If payment is successfully debited but the Supplier contact is not released solely due to a verified TIZARAT technical failure, the Buyer may request a refund or credit.
Once the correct Supplier contact has been released after payment verification, the contact-access service is considered supplied. No refund is due solely because the Supplier does not respond, has no stock, quotes different terms, the Buyer changes its mind or the Buyer–Supplier transaction does not proceed.
2. Supplier → Buyer lead contact-unlock fees
Where a Supplier pays to unlock Buyer contact details for a specific Buyer Requirement or Product Lead, a verified duplicate charge for the same lead/requirement will be refunded or credited. If the amount is successfully debited but the Buyer contact is not made available solely due to a verified TIZARAT technical failure, the Supplier may request a refund or credit.
Once the correct Buyer contact is made available for that lead/requirement, no refund is due merely because the Buyer does not respond, has no current budget, selects another Supplier, changes the requirement or does not place an order.
3. Attributable-deal success fee
The 3% success-based platform fee is governed by the accepted Supplier fee schedule and attributable-deal rules. A fee that has not accrued under the accepted rules is not payable merely because a contact was unlocked. A dispute about whether a particular sale is attributable should be raised with the platform, with supporting lead, quotation and deal records.
4. Assigned lead plans
Cancellation, renewal, unused lead expiry, replacement and refund rights for a monthly lead plan are governed by the specific plan summary accepted before payment. Unless the plan expressly says otherwise, a plan is not refundable merely because leads do not convert into sales or buyers do not respond. Where TIZARAT cannot provide a promised paid entitlement for reasons attributable to TIZARAT, the unused portion may be refunded or credited as required by law and the plan terms.
5. Advertising packages
If an advertisement is rejected before the campaign starts, the unused campaign amount will be refunded or credited, subject to applicable law and any clearly disclosed non-recoverable payment processing charge. For an advertisement already running, charges for the delivered period are not refundable merely because it produces no enquiry or sale. If TIZARAT cannot deliver a prepaid future campaign period for a reason attributable to TIZARAT, the undelivered portion will be credited or refunded as appropriate.
6. Supplier transaction payments are not TIZARAT refunds
Buyer–Supplier purchase price, advance, deposit, credit, freight, tax, refund, replacement and warranty payments are made directly between Buyer and Supplier. TIZARAT does not receive or hold those funds and cannot promise or process a Supplier’s refund. Quality disputes, short supply, counterfeit claims, delayed delivery, non-delivery, withheld payment, rejected goods and supplier insolvency must be raised directly with the counterparty and, where appropriate, the competent authority or forum.
7. How to request a platform-fee review
Send the registered account email, relevant requirement/lead/contact-unlock/campaign/plan ID, amount, date, transaction reference (UTR if applicable), proof of payment and a short explanation to the platform grievance contact. Never send a UPI PIN, password, OTP, CVV or full bank credentials. TIZARAT may request supporting information and verify its own records. Statutory rights are not restricted.
