Payment Safety & Fraud Prevention

How to pay platform fees safely, recognise impersonation and distinguish platform charges from supplier payments.

Policy Version: 2026-11-05-v2.2Effective: 5 November 2026IndiaB2B service
सामान्य हिंदी सार: TIZARAT कभी Buyer का माल खरीदने वाला पैसा अपने पास नहीं रखता। OTP, UPI PIN या Password किसी को न दें।

1. Two completely different payment categories

Platform service payments are amounts payable to TIZARAT for contact unlock, lead programme, advertisement or another clearly identified platform service.

Goods/payment transactions are amounts payable by buyer directly to supplier under their separate contract. TIZARAT does not collect, hold, split, settle, escrow or transfer those sale proceeds.

2. Manual payment verification

Where the portal permits UPI/bank payment proof, upload only the requested transaction reference and proof. Approval is subject to verification. A screenshot, UTR or message can be forged and is not by itself a guarantee of successful settlement.

Do not make a second payment merely because a person contacts you by phone or WhatsApp. Check the official portal/payment instructions independently.

3. Never disclose credentials

TIZARAT staff will never need your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, CVV, internet-banking password, email password, OTP or remote-control access to verify a payment. Never install screen-sharing or remote-access software at the request of an unknown caller.

Do not trust a changed bank account or phone number communicated only through chat. Verify supplier bank details using a previously confirmed independent channel.

4. Report suspected fraud

Preserve chat messages, phone numbers, payment reference, bank transfer details, screenshots and listing/lead ID. Report account impersonation or platform misuse through the grievance contact and report financial cyber fraud promptly to the appropriate bank and official cybercrime channel.

TIZARAT may preserve platform records and cooperate with lawful investigations, but it cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to another party.
