Buyer Terms & Conditions

Rules for buyers who search suppliers, publish requirements, receive quotations or unlock supplier contacts.

Policy Version: 2026-11-05-v2.2Effective: 5 November 2026IndiaB2B service
सामान्य हिंदी सार: Buyer अपनी जरूरत, specification, quantity और payment terms की जाँच स्वयं करेगा। TIZARAT केवल suppliers खोजने और उनसे परिचय कराने की सुविधा देता है।

1. Buyer eligibility and business use

Buyer accounts are intended for genuine business enquiries, procurement, wholesale sourcing, manufacturing requirements and other lawful commercial purposes. You must provide your correct name, business name (if applicable), business location, contact details and any requested verification information.

You must not create fake buyer profiles, submit speculative or misleading requirements, impersonate another business, or use the platform to collect supplier data for resale, spam or unrelated marketing.

2. Requirement submission

Each requirement should accurately state product/category, description, material or technical specification where known, required quantity and unit, target price or budget if relevant, destination city/state, expected timeline, packaging or compliance requirements and any other material condition.

Do not submit a requirement unless you are authorised and reasonably intend to evaluate supplier offers. Update or close a requirement when it is fulfilled, withdrawn, materially changed or no longer active. TIZARAT may reject incomplete, duplicate, unlawful or misleading requirements.

Submitting a requirement is a request for introductions; it is not an order, purchase commitment, offer accepted by a supplier or guarantee that any supplier will respond.

3. Supplier discovery and contact unlock

Supplier profiles and catalogue details are supplied by suppliers or third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, promotional or inaccurate. Buyer must independently verify the supplier’s legal identity, address, GST registration, licences, production capacity, references, bank account name and authority to sell.

Where displayed, the Buyer-side ₹50 contact-unlock fee is charged for the Buyer’s request to access one Supplier’s contact details / Buyer–Supplier connection. It is not charged once for every product in that Supplier’s shop after the connection has been approved. The amount and exact access action are shown before payment. After successful payment verification and release of the Supplier contact, the platform contact-access service is considered supplied. This fee is not an advance, deposit or payment for goods.

Unlocking a contact permits the Buyer to contact that Supplier for legitimate business discussions. It does not guarantee a quotation, response, credit, stock, sample, quality, delivery, refund or transaction. A later separate requirement may still need its own lead or matching process; any additional fee, if applicable, will be displayed before payment.

4. Quotations, samples and orders

Before placing an order, buyer should obtain and retain a written quotation/proforma invoice and confirm product specification, approved sample, tolerances, quantity, unit, price, GST, freight, dispatch date, delivery point, payment milestones, inspection/acceptance criteria, warranty/return terms and dispute process directly with supplier.

Buyer must verify samples and goods, conduct any desired inspection, check packaging and legal labels, confirm the supplier’s bank details independently and issue its purchase order directly to supplier. Any purchase order, quotation, invoice, WhatsApp conversation or email exchange is between buyer and supplier.

5. Payment and credit risk

Buyer pays the supplier directly using a method agreed between them. TIZARAT does not receive, hold, safeguard, escrow, settle or transfer the purchase price or supplier deposit. Do not transfer purchase money to an account merely because a person claims to represent TIZARAT.

Buyer bears the risk of supplier non-performance, delayed shipment, non-delivery, quality dispute, refund refusal, payment default or insolvency, subject to rights available under the contract and applicable law. Report suspected fraud or misuse to TIZARAT, but reporting does not make TIZARAT a guarantor or debt collector.

6. Buyer conduct and data

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, scrape, resell, publish or misuse supplier contact details. Do not send malware, unlawful content, false reviews, abusive messages or repeated unsolicited messages. Use contact information only for the requirement for which it was disclosed and lawful related business communications.

Buyer is responsible for protecting account credentials and devices. Do not share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs or banking credentials with any TIZARAT representative or supplier.

7. Buyer complaints

For product, payment, delivery, return or warranty issues, contact the supplier first and preserve quotation, purchase order, invoice, payment proof, transport receipt, photographs and correspondence. TIZARAT may, at its discretion and without assuming responsibility for the sale, forward a complaint or request a response.

Platform-service complaints, including a failed contact unlock or duplicate platform fee, may be submitted through the grievance channel. Statutory rights and competent legal forums remain available.
