Assigned Lead Programme Rules

Separate rules for suppliers enrolled in a monthly lead-assignment programme.

Policy Version: 2026-11-05-v2.2Effective: 5 November 2026IndiaB2B service
सामान्य हिंदी सार: Monthly lead programme, normal catalogue listing और 3% successful-deal fee अलग-अलग services हैं। Lead मिलने का मतलब order या sale की guarantee नहीं है।

1. Programme is separate and optional

The Assigned Lead Programme is an optional paid or otherwise specifically enrolled supplier service. It is separate from free/standard supplier discovery, the buyer’s ₹50 contact unlock, advertising packages and the 3% success-based fee.

Where the selected plan states “20 leads per month”, the programme entitlement is 20 lead assignments in the stated monthly cycle, subject to the plan’s payment, eligibility, category, location and operational conditions. The applicable plan price, taxes, validity, start date and renewal terms must be displayed before purchase.

2. What counts as an assigned lead

A lead is an enquiry or requirement made available to an eligible supplier through the dashboard or other specified platform channel. A lead may include buyer business name, contact information, product requirement, quantity, destination, timeline and other details the buyer has authorised to share.

A lead is treated as delivered when it is made accessible to the supplier account or its authorised users in the dashboard, even if the supplier does not open it immediately. A lead is an opportunity to contact and qualify a buyer, not an order, purchase commitment, credit approval or guaranteed response.

3. Matching and distribution

TIZARAT may match and allocate leads using product category, requirement details, location, supplier service area, declared capability, account status, prior assignment, availability, plan eligibility, quality controls and system rules. TIZARAT may limit the number of suppliers receiving a given lead or make a lead available to more than one supplier where the interface or plan says so.

Lead allocation can be delayed or unavailable if buyer demand is low, a requirement is incomplete, a category is restricted, the supplier profile is inactive, payment is pending or technical/legal controls prevent distribution. TIZARAT does not warrant a minimum response rate, buyer budget, purchase timeline or conversion rate.

4. Supplier response obligations

Supplier must review the requirement, contact the buyer only for the stated business purpose, identify itself accurately, provide truthful quotations and respect the buyer’s requested contact preferences. Supplier must not harass the buyer or repeatedly contact the buyer after an opt-out.

Supplier must update lead status honestly, including contacted, quoted, not relevant, converted, lost or unable to fulfil, where those status fields are available. False status updates or hiding successful transactions may lead to suspension and recovery of unpaid success fees.

5. Duplicate, invalid or unsuitable leads

Supplier should report a suspected duplicate, unreachable contact, clearly unrelated category or materially incomplete lead through the dashboard or published support channel, supplying the lead ID and a concise explanation. TIZARAT may review available platform records and may, at its discretion, correct a matching error, replace a lead where available, or decline the claim.

A replacement or refund is not automatic merely because a buyer does not respond, declines a quotation, changes its mind, has insufficient budget, selects another supplier, negotiates elsewhere or does not place an order. Any replacement commitment expressly promised in the selected plan will prevail.

6. Validity, expiry and no rollover

Unless the plan page expressly promises otherwise, lead assignments are usable only during the relevant plan cycle and unused assignments expire at the end of that cycle. They do not automatically roll over, transfer to another supplier or convert into cash.

Suspended, unpaid, inactive or materially non-compliant supplier accounts may be paused from receiving further assignments. A pause does not erase already accrued programme fees or success fees.

7. No transaction guarantee

TIZARAT does not guarantee the buyer’s identity beyond the checks expressly stated, purchasing authority, solvency, sincerity, exact need, budget, sample approval, order placement or payment. Supplier must independently verify these before accepting business risk.

All pricing, product supply, quality, tax invoice, delivery, payment, credit and dispute obligations arise directly between buyer and supplier. TIZARAT does not collect the buyer’s transaction payment or guarantee supplier recovery.
