1. Introduction service only
TIZARAT provides a digital discovery, catalogue and lead-introduction service. Except for its own platform services and fees, TIZARAT is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, buyer, consignee, carrier, warehouse operator, insurer, payment gateway, escrow agent, lender or guarantor in a buyer–supplier transaction.
TIZARAT does not take title to goods, possess goods, inspect samples, certify product quality, control manufacturing, pack or dispatch orders, receive the buyer’s sale price, release supplier funds or collect debts owed between users.
2. Third-party information is not a warranty
Supplier profiles, buyer requirements, product images, descriptions, certificates, availability, ratings, prices, locations and claims are supplied by users or third parties. They are not necessarily independently verified and may change without notice.
A verification badge, profile review, lead assignment, advertisement approval or platform display is not an endorsement, guarantee of identity, creditworthiness, authority, quality, compliance or future performance.
3. Risks allocated to the contracting parties
Buyer and supplier are solely responsible to each other for product genuineness, specifications, samples, quality, quantity, packing, labelling, safety, licences, taxes, invoices, payment, credit, delivery, insurance, loss, damage, return, replacement, refund, warranty and after-sales obligations.
If a supplier sells defective or different goods, fails to deliver, delays dispatch, misrepresents the product or withholds a refund—or if a buyer fails to pay, rejects goods contrary to its contract or misuses a supplier—the dispute is between those parties, subject to applicable law. TIZARAT does not become responsible merely because it introduced them.
4. No guarantee of commercial results
TIZARAT does not guarantee that a buyer requirement is genuine, that a supplier is suitable, that an assigned lead converts, that an advertisement creates traffic, that a product is available, that a user will receive a quotation, or that a transaction will be completed or paid.
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable mandatory law. Users should conduct independent due diligence and document all commercial terms before transferring money or accepting goods.
5. Liability limits — only to the lawful extent
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIZARAT excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss arising from independent buyer–supplier dealings, third-party statements, unauthorised use of user credentials, external networks or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory responsibilities that apply to TIZARAT, or liability for TIZARAT’s own fraud or wilful misconduct. This document is not a blanket immunity and must be read consistently with the Information Technology Act, intermediary rules and other applicable laws.
6. User responsibility and indemnity
Users must verify the other party, check samples and documents, confirm bank details directly, use written purchase orders and keep transaction records. Users are responsible for their own employees, agents, representatives and contractors.
Users may be required to indemnify TIZARAT for claims arising from their own unlawful listings, false representations, infringement, data misuse or breach of the platform agreement, to the extent permitted by law.
