1. Buyer → Supplier contact unlock — currently ₹50
Where shown in the Buyer Portal, the Buyer pays the configured contact-unlock amount (currently ₹50) to access one Supplier’s contact details / Buyer–Supplier connection. The charge is for the platform contact-access service. It is not the Buyer’s goods purchase price, deposit, token or advance to the Supplier.
After the payment is verified and the Supplier contact is released, that Buyer–Supplier connection is treated as unlocked. The Buyer is not charged again for every product viewed within the same Supplier shop merely because another product is selected. A distinct additional charge will only be requested where the portal clearly identifies a separate contact-unlock event and amount before payment.
2. Supplier → Buyer lead contact unlock — currently ₹50 per lead / requirement
Where a Supplier chooses to unlock the Buyer’s contact details for a specific Buyer Requirement or Product Lead, the Supplier pays the configured contact-unlock amount (currently ₹50 by default) for that particular lead/requirement. The amount is shown on the relevant Seller lead screen before payment.
This Supplier-side charge provides access to the Buyer’s contact for the specified lead only. It is separate from the Buyer-side Supplier contact unlock, the 3% success fee, the monthly assigned-lead plan and any payment for goods. It does not guarantee that the Buyer will respond or place an order.
3. Supplier success fee — 3% on attributable deals
A Supplier owes TIZARAT a 3% success-based platform fee on a transaction demonstrably attributable to a TIZARAT-originated lead or introduction, according to the fee schedule accepted for the lead/account. The fee applies to the first transaction and repeat transactions with the same introduced Buyer during the attribution period disclosed in the dashboard, lead or accepted schedule.
Supplier must report attributable deals accurately and must not conceal, split, rename, route through an affiliate or move an attributable deal off-platform for the purpose of evading the agreed fee. The accepted fee schedule must disclose the calculation base, treatment of tax/freight/discounts/credits, invoice, tax treatment and due date before the relevant fee-bearing lead or programme is accepted.
4. Optional monthly assigned-lead programme
A monthly plan may provide 20 lead assignments per monthly cycle only where that entitlement is separately selected and displayed. Plan price, cycle dates, eligibility, what counts as a delivered lead, duplicate/invalid-lead review, replacement rules, expiry, rollover and applicable taxes are those shown before purchase. The plan does not guarantee an order, buyer response, conversion, solvency or sale.
5. Advertising packages
Product Ad is ₹100 per day and Shop + Product Ad is ₹300 per day as the published base rates for this version. Applicable taxes, selected duration, start/end time, placement and total price must be shown before payment. Ads require content review and payment approval; paid placement is labelled SPONSORED/Ad and does not guarantee views, clicks, enquiries or sales.
6. Platform payments are not goods payments
All above amounts are fees for TIZARAT’s own contact-access, lead, success-fee or advertising services. They are not the Supplier’s goods invoice or the Buyer’s purchase payment. Buyer pays the Supplier directly for goods; Supplier pays TIZARAT its separately invoiced platform fees.
Where manual UPI/bank verification is enabled, the payer must submit the requested UTR/reference and proof. Approval occurs only after TIZARAT verifies the platform-fee payment record. Never share a UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, password, CVV or remote-access permission.
7. Taxes, invoices and fee changes
Applicable GST or other taxes on TIZARAT’s own services will be shown on the applicable invoice/payment screen as required by law. Each Supplier remains responsible for its own GST registration, invoice, return, e-way bill and taxes on the Buyer–Supplier sale.
Admin may update a configurable contact-unlock amount or commission setting for future transactions. The actual amount, fee basis and conditions shown at the time of the relevant payment/lead acceptance govern that event; no fee change is applied retroactively unless lawfully agreed.
