1. User ownership and licence to TIZARAT
Users retain ownership of content they own. By submitting content, the user grants TIZARAT a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and communicate that content solely to operate, secure, promote and improve the platform and the relevant profile, listing, lead or advertisement.
The licence continues only as long as reasonably necessary for the submitted content to remain on the platform and for backups, legal compliance, evidence preservation and dispute handling. The user warrants that it has all permissions needed to grant this licence.
2. Prohibited infringement
Do not upload another person’s product photographs, catalogue, artwork, logo, trademark, design, text, software or confidential material without permission. Do not claim to be an authorised distributor, manufacturer or brand partner unless that representation is accurate and supportable.
Do not use a brand name in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, certification or endorsement. A factual compatibility or resale reference must not be misleading and must comply with applicable law.
3. Notice and counter-notice
A rights owner or authorised representative should submit the exact URL/listing ID, identify the protected work or mark, explain the alleged infringement, provide ownership or authority evidence, provide contact information and include a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate.
TIZARAT may request clarification, temporarily restrict content, notify the uploader, preserve records or remove/disable access as required by law or appropriate under platform policy. Knowingly false or abusive notices may result in account restrictions and legal consequences.
4. Repeat infringement and cooperation
Accounts repeatedly uploading infringing content may be restricted or terminated. Users must cooperate with reasonable requests for proof of licence, authorisation, source or chain of title.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights of a copyright, trademark, design or other intellectual-property owner under applicable law.
