1. Listing is supplier-provided information
Product catalogue pages are discovery material and invitations to enquire. A catalogue entry is not a confirmed stock reservation, quotation, binding sale offer or guarantee that a product is currently available.
Supplier is solely responsible for all listing content, including article number, SKU, title, category, product type, dimensions, material, sizes, colours, MOQ, set/pack quantity, unit, price, GST, stock, lead time, country of origin, certifications and warranty.
2. Accurate images and descriptions
Images must represent the actual product or a clearly disclosed illustrative representation. Do not use another seller’s photo, third-party brand image, celebrity image, watermark or protected artwork without permission. Do not digitally alter a product image in a way that materially conceals defects or changes colour, material, quantity, size or performance.
Do not make unsupported claims about fabric composition, GSM, dimensions, performance, safety, certification, medical benefit, origin, brand authorisation or warranty. Use “not specified” rather than inventing a specification.
3. Pricing, stock and units
Price must identify the unit and commercial basis, such as per piece, dozen, set, box or kilogram, and state whether GST, packaging, freight or other charges are included or additional. MOQ and set quantity must be clear.
Update prices and stock status promptly. If the supplier cannot fulfil a requirement or product is unavailable, mark it unavailable or correct the listing. A portal stock indicator is supplied by the supplier and is not a warehouse count or independent verification by TIZARAT.
4. Prohibited and restricted content
Listings must comply with applicable law and the Prohibited Products & Acceptable Use Policy. No counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, illegal, misbranded or unauthorised goods; no false brand affiliation; no fake reviews, fake certifications or misleading discounts.
Supplier must have all mandatory product permissions and be able to provide supporting records on lawful request. TIZARAT may request clarification, documents or changes before or after publication.
5. Review, takedown and appeals
TIZARAT may review listings using automated or manual tools, but review does not constitute product testing, quality certification or legal clearance. A listing may be rejected, hidden or removed for suspected fraud, infringement, unsafe products, legal notice, incomplete information or breach of policy.
Supplier may submit an appeal or supporting documents through the published grievance contact. TIZARAT will consider the information in good faith, subject to legal orders and safety requirements.
