These documents explain the rules for buyers, suppliers, assigned leads, contact unlocking, success fees, advertising, listings, data, refunds, complaints and platform liability. Read the policy relevant to your activity before using the service.

Important distinction: TIZARAT does not receive or hold the buyer’s purchase price payable to a supplier. A Buyer-to-Supplier contact-unlock fee, a separate Supplier-to-Buyer lead contact-unlock fee (currently ₹50 each by default), the Supplier’s 3% attributable-deal platform fee, a lead-plan fee and advertising fees are separate payments for TIZARAT’s own platform services.

Core operating model

  • Buyer submits a genuine business requirement and independently evaluates suppliers.
  • Supplier publishes accurate business/product information and independently fulfils any sale it accepts.
  • Buyer and Supplier negotiate and contract directly with one another.
  • Buyer pays the supplier directly for goods. TIZARAT does not act as escrow, payment gateway or guarantor.
  • Platform fees and lead/advertising services are separately disclosed and governed by their own policies.

Legal notice

This policy set is a detailed drafting baseline prepared from the published Indian legal framework available on 5 November 2026. It is not a legal opinion. Applicability of intermediary and e-commerce rules depends on the actual legal operator, platform design and conduct. Have an Indian advocate review the final business model and completed legal-operator details before launch.
